How We Clean Carpets
We vacuum first to lift loose dirt and grit. Stains and heavily used areas are then pre-treated so the cleaning solution has time to break down the soiling.
The carpet is then cleaned with an extraction machine, which rinses the fibres and pulls the dirty water straight back out. Where odours are a problem, a deodorising treatment goes on at the end.

How long does a carpet take to dry?
Usually a few hours. It depends on the carpet, how soiled it was, and how much air is moving through the room. Opening windows or running the air conditioning helps.
Can you remove every stain?
Most stains come out, especially if they are treated early. Some will not, such as bleach marks, burns and dye that has already set into the fibres. We will tell you before we start if a stain is unlikely to shift.
