How a Cleaning Contract Works
It starts with a visit to your site. We walk the premises with you, look at the floor types, washrooms, kitchens and high-traffic areas, and ask when the building is busy and when it is quiet. That tells us how many staff the site needs, what equipment they should have, and when they should be working.
You get a written quote and a cleaning schedule. Once you are happy with it, we place staff on site and agree who they report to. Steritec is run by its shareholders, so if something is not right you can reach someone who can actually sort it out.
Who We Clean For
Corporate offices, retail stores and showrooms, warehouses and factories, commercial properties and residential developments. In shops and offices we schedule cleaning around trading or office hours, so it does not get in the way of your staff or customers.
Industrial sites need a different approach to offices. Factory floors, high-level surfaces and production areas are cleaned with the right chemicals and equipment for the job, and in line with the site's own safety rules.

Common Questions
Do you only do contract cleaning, or once-off jobs too?
Both. We run ongoing cleaning contracts, and we also take on once-off work such as pre-occupation cleans before you move in, post-occupation cleans when you move out, and deep cleaning.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Wynberg, Sandton, and clean sites across Gauteng. If your premises are further out, get in touch and we will tell you whether we can help.
Can you supply the consumables as well?
Yes. Toilet paper, hand towels, soap and other consumables can be supplied and restocked as part of your contract. You can also order our chemicals and consumables on their own.
How do I get a quote?
